Digital Marketing Manager Full Time Permanent

• Position:  Digital Marketing Manager
• Salary:      £30k to £35k
• Location:  Hailsham (hybrid)
• Hours:   Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

My client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with SEO, SEM, email marketing and paid advertising experience to join a small to medium sized company in the Hailsham area.

Job duties of the Digital Marketing Manager include:

• Craft SEO-optimised content (e.g., product descriptions and titles)
• Optimise product listings to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and aligned with marketplace best practices.
• Manage, maintain, and promote the company’s product listings across online marketplace platforms, particularly Etsy,NotOnTheHighStreet, Amazon, and our own e-commerce website.
• Launching products across various marketplaces and the company website
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including product detail page optimisation, digital merchandising, and content-driven commerce initiatives.
• Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns daily, covering PPC, coupons, discounts, video, display advertising, and insight-driven reporting.
• Create, test, and execute strategies to boost product visibility, improve rankings, and maximise revenue across all marketplaces.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns to enhance product visibility and increase traffic.

Skills & experience required for the Digital Marketing Manager include:

• Strong experience in digital shelf optimisation, with a keen interest in improving the customer journey through data-driven insights
• Proven track record in managing and optimising content for web and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in online marketplaces and paid advertising (PPC) is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to create and present data-driven reports.
• A proactive learner, always seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

This role is hybrid, you’ll spend some time on site and the rest working from home (if you want) so you need to be living within commutable distance of Hailsham and you must have a reliable way of getting here. The company labrador dog is on site most days as part of our friendly team.
