Service Delivery Administrator Permanent

• Position: Service Delivery Administrator
• Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience plus good company benefits.
• Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
• Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, office based

We are very pleased to be assisting our established, reputable and professional client as they seek to recruit a service delivery administrator to join their office based team in East Grinstead.

We are ideally seeking someone who has previous experience of managing and scheduling and diaries of engineers / field based staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the management of the engineering resource calendar, ensuring works are scheduled with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management.
• To assist in the sourcing and stock of materials required for maintenance as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager, including filing and effective organisation of paper and digital job files.
• Pro-actively follow-up on quoted works and schedule accordingly to increase the departments revenue.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks and drivers obligations compliance.
• Coordinate the provision of engineer uniforms and PPE, undertaking regular checks to ensure that the uniform policy is adhered, and PPE stocks are sufficient.
• Work with the office manager to cover in the event of Annual Leave and / or sickness

Experience required

• Previous experience of providing administrative support.
• Experience dealing with a range of colleagues / clients with a diplomatic and professional approach
