Accounts Assistant Permanent

• Position: Accounts Assistant
• Salary: £22,000 – £24,000
• Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
• Location: Crawley

Our client, based on the outskirts of Crawley are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Sales ledger
• Inputting all purchase invoices, credit card purchases on to Key accounts system
• Purchase ledger ‐ obtain authorisation from the appropriate person for all purchase invoices
• Monitoring all suppliers to make sure accounts don’t go on stop and advise on when suppliers need paying
• Maintaining weekly reconciliation of all credit card accounts
• Prepare customer receipts for banking
• Raising cheques for non-purchase ledger payments
• Carry out credit checks on new clients

This role will require an excellent team player, and have some previous exposure within Accounts. You will need your own transport due to company location. Free Parking available onsite.
