Accounts Assistant Permanent

• Position: Accounts Assistant
• Salary: £22,000 per annum
• Location: Uckfield
• Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm
• Due to rural workplace location you will need to be a driver and have your own transport

We are delighted to be working alongside our highly established and successful client as they seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy and friendly team close to the Uckfield area.

The role:

To provide support within the department with a view to ensuring that financial reporting is accurate, and that project revenues / results are maximised in accordance with contracts / agreements with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bank – Ledger entries and track / reconcile bank statements.
• Processing of payments.
• Bought Ledger – processing payments, managing invoices
• Sales Ledger – controlling & raising of Invoices for all goods & services provided.
• Assisting with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
• Assisting with the Preparation of the Daily Financial Analysis
• Other ad hoc tasks within the department
