Administrator Full Time Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the customs and compliance team with data management and submission, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Competent use of company systems and extensive use of Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain key performance indicators.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and contribute to improving process efficiencies.
• General administrative tasks including filing, office housekeeping, and order processing.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in data entry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to self-motivate and effectively plan and organise tasks.
