We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a large employer with modern offices and a fun atmosphere in the Shoreham area.
As an experienced Customer Service Advisor you will:
You’ll need customer service experience and ideally experience handling or investigating complaints. Strong written communication is essential as a lot of the work is on live chat and over email.
This is a full time permanent role paying up to £25,000 for the right candidate and experience and is working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
