Creative Artworker Full Time Hybrid Permanent

• Position:  Creative Artworker
• Salary:  £23,400 to £25,000
• Location:  Lancing
• Hours:  8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
• 31 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), Pension Scheme, Annual Pay Reviews

We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join a fun and fast paced business in the Lancing area. Using your knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) you’ll work with various teams to follow designs and create artwork for products and packaging. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the printing process, designing for print, and experience working with die cuts.

As a Creative Artworker your role will include:

• Use concepts and style guides supplied by the design team
• Ensure product ranges look consistent in design, colour and the use of material
• Output print files for print production set up
• Set up artwork for mock ups, using in house machinery
• Send artwork to printers (both in UK and in the Far East)
• Manage upkeep of all design printers & mock up materials
• Conduct image editing

Skills required:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Graphic Design, or Graphic Communications
• Experience as an Artworker or in a similar creative role
• Industry experience in print design
• An understanding of the printing process
• Experience working with die cuts is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Enjoy creative tasks and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm based in Lancing. The salary is between £23,400 up to £25,000 (dependent of experience).
