Hotel Night Manager Permanent

• Position: Hotel Night Manager
• Salary: Up to £25,000
• Location: Brighton
• Hours: Full time, five nights out of seven to include weekends often. On a rota with starts between 10pm and midnight and finishing between 6am and 8am.

We have a great opportunity working nights for a hospitality professional to join a reputable hotel in Brighton as their Night Manager.

You will work with the Night Porter to ensure a great guest experience throughout the night time hours. The Night Manager role will include:

• Customer facing duties, assisting and overseeing the wellbeing of any guests around the building during the night
• Assisting in cleaning and taking deliveries of food, drink and linen
• Monitoring the front doors and entrance ways
• Walking the building to ensure a clean, safe environment and addressing any health and safety issues or anything else that needs doing to uphold the culture and brand
• Attending to any matters around the building, however big or small, during your shift

This is a night role working five nights in seven, to include most weekends. It’s 8 hour shifts on a rota between 10pm and 8am.

You’ll need experience in an all round management role from hospitality, retail or similar to be considered for the position which offers a salary of between £23,000 and £25,000.
