Insurance Sales Executive Permanent

• Position: Insurance Sales Executive
• Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 plus commission
• Location: Hove, East Sussex
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with hybrid working after probation

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join a reputable, fast-growing insurance company. As a Business Development Executive you will work on inbound and outbound sales campaigns conducting lead generation in the B2B Insurance sector which will involve advising clients on the full spectrum of insurance products on offer. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.

As a Business Development Executive your responsibilities will include:

• Develop new business leads via telephone and email campaigns
• Identifying key decision makers
• Follow up leads and conduct research
• Work alongside teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline
• Cross selling and increasing profitability of existing product lines

We are looking for someone with experience in phone based sales, ideally who has outbound calling experience and is keen to develop or continue a career in insurance or financial services.

The basic salary is up to £26,000 plus commission (OTE up to £30k plus) and company benefits.

The hours of work are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with hybrid working available after the probation period.
