As a small business my client is reliant on every member of their close-knit team to get involved and get stuck in! This can range from helping to pack up orders in the morning to drafting a new pricing plan in the afternoon. It is therefore crucial that you are a proactive person who is always willing to diligently find solutions and support your team-mates. You would need to be flexible and adaptable in your duties in order to meet the demand of their ever-changing industry.
As Business Support Manager you will perform a key support role within the company and you will be reporting to the Business Manager providing essential assistance to the office management team. This new role has been created to support the busy day-to-day operation of the company.
You would be expected to perform the majority of reporting within the business; identifying and monitoring key trends, opportunities, and any changes or issues that may arise.
You would also be expected to take ownership of the pricing strategy with support from the Business Manager. Therefore, being comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and reporting in general is a must.
The role will also provide key operational and customer service support alongside the Operations Manager. Additionally, you would be expected to co-ordinate the marketing and communication activities alongside the Sales Managers.
