We are very pleased to be assisting our superb client (on a sole agency basis) as they seek to recruit a Part Time Office Administrator to join their friendly and experienced team. This role is to cover a 12 month maternity leave period with the possibility of extending or becoming permanent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, small, family based business who I have helped previously. This role offers the opportunity to work within a welcoming and busy environment on a local level with part time hours – 0830-1230 Monday – Friday.

The role
Working as part of the team, the successful candidate will assist with daily administration duties within the office.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Running daily office administration duties, such as taking phone enquiries, processing customer bookings, scheduling courses, liaising between customers and assessors.
