Salary: £12.36 per hour
Shifts: 4-on / 4-off rotation, 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm)

 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and line oven trays with precision
• Safely handle and transfer baking trays
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
• Cut and finish products to a high standard
• Execute hand-finishing techniques with accuracy
• Correctly label and date items for dispatch
• Package goods securely for delivery
• Promptly report any machinery faults to supervisors

 Shift Pattern

• 4-on / 4-off working schedule
• Day shifts only: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

• Reliable transport is essential (location not served by public transport)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in food production or factory settings advantageous— full training provided
