Purchasing Administrator Full Time Temp-Perm Temporary

Are you an experienced Purchasing Administrator with a strong background in Sage? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Administrator to join a growing and established company. Previous experience in a purchasing or buying role and use of Sage is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
• Working with the Supply Chain Manager on procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
• Identifying purchase requirements
• Placing and progressing purchase orders to fulfilment.
• Working with commercial and warehouse teams to ensure optimum stock levels, with focus on warehouse space, customer demand and stock value.
• Ensuring suppliers are delivering goods on time and in full, and liaising with Planning and Customer Service teams to advise of delivery statuses.
• Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business
• Working with the warehouse and quality teams to identify and resolve incoming goods quality anomalies to team leaders.

This is a full time temporary position based in Lancing, with the view to become permanent for the successful candidate the hourly rate is paying between £12-£14 per hour.
