Social Media Assistant Full Time Part Time Permanent

• Position:  Social Media Assistant
• Salary:  £25,000
• Location:  Hailsham
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4.30pm (part time would be considered)
• Benefits:  Free onsite parking, 28 days holiday including BH increasing to 30 days, pension, Christmas shut down

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and passionate person with a proven social media background, to join my long-established company in the medical products sector.as their Social Media Assistant. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing my client’s online presence by creating engaging content across our social media channels and printed material.

As the Social Media Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Creating promotional materials – brochures, fliers
• Assisting with creating marketing material for social media postings
• Managing social media (X, LinkedIn and Facebook) accounts and respond to interactions in a professional manner
• Assisting the IT Development team with uploading content to the website
• Providing office support to the Commercial and Marketing Manager and Business Development Managers, to include the dispatch of demonstration kits when required
• Data input and CRM management

 Skills and experience required for the Social Media Assistant include:

• At least 2 years social media experience for a brand, either in-house or agency.
• ⁠Detailed knowledge of all social media platforms is essential.
• ⁠Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools and proficient in analytics, interpreting data into actionable insights and ideas.
