Team Leader Permanent

• Hours:  Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

We have an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a charitable organisation in the Worthing area.

As a Team Leader you’ll ideally have experience of leading teams in Customer Service or Call Centre related roles but other strong relevant Team Leader experience will be considered.

The Team Leader will report into the Department Manager and the role includes:

• Lead a team of 18 people to oversee the day-to-day delivery of information and advice to customers and service users
• Deliver effective line management and supervision of staff, including performance management and personal development
• Liaise directly with customers and service users to provide relevant advice and support
• Oversee data monitoring, processes, workflows and reporting

You will need to have experience leading a team in a customer service focused role as well being able to demonstrate strong empathy for the users of the service.

The salary on offer is £31,600 and this is a full time permanent role working in the office in Worthing Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
