Join our busy and supportive team as a Temporary Customer Research Caller, playing a key role in gathering essential information for an important research project. This short‑term assignment is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, follows scripts with ease, and takes pride in consistent, reliable documentation.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 5–6 hours per day, with flexible start times between 9:00am–10:00am. Typical shifts include 9:00–3:00, 9:30–3:30, or 10:00–4:00, giving you the flexibility to fit work around your day. You will earn £12.21 per hour.
While the role is temporary, it offers an excellent opportunity to develop your telephone skills, gain experience in a professional office environment, and contribute to meaningful data collection within a friendly and supportive team.
Role Overview
You will be making scripted telephone calls as part of a structured customer research project. Each call follows a set scenario, and you’ll rotate between four provided scripts throughout the day. Ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the information you record is essential, as reliable data is critical to the success of the project.
