Warehouse Operative Full Time Permanent

• Position: Warehouse Operative
• Salary: Up to £28,000
• Location: Lancing
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
• Free onsite parking, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, along with many more

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well‑established company based in Lancing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of health & safety and goods‑in processes. You’ll also need a valid, clean UK driving licence as you’ll be required to drive the company van to deliver goods, along with a valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence.

As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing paperwork to ensure goods are dispatched correctly
• Using a forklift truck to unload deliveries
• Labelling, sorting, and storing goods in the correct places
• Assisting with stock counts
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
• Driving the company van to deliver goods
• Supporting health & safety procedures

Requirements for the Warehouse Operative:

• Valid, clean UK driving licence
• Valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse/goods‑in environment
