Production Operative – 5 Month FTC Contract

We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturing business, to recruit a Production Operative. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where quality, teamwork, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do,

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience across multiple production areas, including vinyl pressing, screen preparation, embroidery, DTF, and product packing. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining a safe, organised workspace and contributing ideas to improve workflows.

This is a 5 month FTC Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual and semi-automatic machinery to fulfil customer orders.
• Carry out tasks such as cutting, weeding, pressing vinyl, and screen preparation.
• Label and pack finished goods to meet delivery standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production schedules and targets.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, reporting hazards promptly.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
