Meet The Management Team
Andrew’s name is synonymous with recruitment in the South East of England. He began his recruitment career in 1988 and before First Recruitment Services where he is CEO, held senior management roles with two worldwide recruitment agency groups. He is occasionally nicknamed the “Doc” following a brief stint as the BBC Job Doctor.
When not at his desk, Andrew enjoys his time as an avid Brighton & Hove Albion fan and season ticket holder.
Claire has spent 20 years in the recruitment industry, the last decade at First Recruitment Services. Having successfully grown the Company’s business throughout Kent, Claire is now FRS’s Group Operations Director, running and developing the business day to day.
When time allows, Claire can be found chasing her two sausage dogs through the Kent countryside, running marathons, or going ga-ga over her new granddaughter.
With 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, Hannah has been part of the FRS family since 2009. Starting out as a Recruitment Consultant, through to Branch Manager, she is now Director of Sales. Hannah works closely with the sales team on a daily basis ensuring a continued quality of service across the First Recruitment client base.
Outside of the office Hannah enjoys spending time with her family exploring the Sussex countryside with a hot coffee in hand!
Lara’s recruitment career spans 20 years, joining First Recruitment Services in 2006. Following roles across the branch network, Lara is now the Director of Operations. Her remit is to develop and train the Company’s support team ensuring candidates receive a first-class service, as well as responsibility for the Company’s marketing and social media.
Away from the office, Lara’s biggest love is her rescue dog Misty and her newest addition to the pack, Nala. Both have made appearances in the office as FRS good luck charms!
After starting off his recruitment career at a small local agency, Mark joined First Recruitment Services in 2002. Since then he has won a plethora of industry awards and claims to have placed more people, in more jobs in the Mid-Sussex area than any other living recruiter! His nickname is 24/7 as come rain or shine, Mark is at the end of the phone.
When he is not placing candidates, Mark enjoys family life and can be found at the Amex cheering on the Albion with his sons.
Sarah manages the accounts function at First Recruitment Services and has a wealth of experience in payroll, sales & purchase ledger, and general accounts. Her team is responsible for the weekly payroll of our Temporary workforce making her a rather popular and important part of the FRS gang.
When not tapping away on a calculator, Sarah can be found walking on the beach with her Labrador or feeding her shoe and handbag obsession!
