Accounts Assistant Permanent

• Position: Accounts Assistant
• Salary: £38-40K
• Location: Horsham Outskirts
• Hours: Monday – Friday 9 -5pm

Our client, based on the outskirts of Horsham are seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a busy and exciting role.

Duties will include:

• Maintaining weekly bank and cash reconciliations
• Managing purchase and sales ledger
• Ensuring that the trial balance is accurate
• Credit control
• Maintaining an accurate nominal ledger
• Reviewing cash levels in line with forecasts
• Ensuring that all payroll information is entered correctly
• Responsible for accurate monthly cash flow and P&L reporting to management team

Experience required:

•  AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications
•  Previous experience in industry or other suitable roles
• Sound experience of bookkeeping and preparation of VAT Returns

Own transport is required due to location, and free parking is provided. Benefits include pension, social events and 20 days holiday plus BH.
