Automotive Parts Manager Full Time Permanent

• Position: Parts Manager (Automotive)
• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + bonus (OTE c.£45,000)
• Location: Worthing,  West Sussex
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, and alternate Saturdays 08:00-13:00
• Role based in Worthing, free on-site parking

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Manager – or a Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up – to join a well-established and highly regarded automotive business in Worthing.

About the Role

As Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the parts department, delivering excellent customer service and supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries and building strong relationships
• Processing orders and handling parts queries efficiently
• Maintaining accurate stock control and internal records
• Supporting service operations and liaising with the Service Manager
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a motor trade / automotive parts environment and enjoy working in a customer-focused setting.

Key skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Manager role
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts / dealership environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
