Customer Service Advisor Temporary

  • Position: Customer Service Advisor
  • Hourly Rate: £11.95 per hour
  • Location: Portslade
  • Hours: 37 hrs per week. (Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5.30pm, Friday: 9am – 5pm

About the role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing support to online & retail customers. The perfect candidate would demonstrate a mix of outstanding customer service skills alongside a meticulous attention to detail. This is a varied role so the ability to multi-task is a must.

Duties:

  • Responding promptly to queries by email & phone.
  • Processing parts orders, payments & returns
  • Assisting with various admin duties.
  • Assisting in maintaining the excellent e-Commerce ratings on platforms such as eBay, Amazon etc

Requirements:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to problem solve & multi-task
