Salary: £15.31 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers on the telephone and via emails
• Supporting the customer service team
• Responding to customer queries regarding waste collection
• Liaising with customers professionally and promptly.
