What You’ll Do

• Lead the e‑commerce growth strategy
• Boost conversion, AOV, traffic & ROAS
• Analyse customer behaviour to unlock new opportunities
• Optimise UX, navigation & checkout
• Own product listings, pricing & stock visibility
• Run PPC, SEO, email & digital campaigns
• Elevate the full customer experience
• Work closely with sales, ops, marketing & IT

What You’ll Bring

• Proven e‑commerce management experience
• Strong digital marketing know‑how
• A track record of driving online sales
• Analytical mindset and commercial energy
• Up‑to‑date awareness of digital trends
• Degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant digital marketing / e‑commerce certifications beneficial
