Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver

Pay: £12.50–£13.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re working with a well‑established manufacturing business in Horsham that’s looking for reliable Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver to join their team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. The role:

• Picking stock accurately to meet daily order requirements
• Operating a Reach and Counter-balance forklift
• Supporting machine operations for cutting and processing (full training provided)
• Packing and preparing products so they’re secure and ready for dispatch
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised
• Helping with stock checks and replenishment
• Following company processes and health & safety guidelines

Must haves:

• Reach or Counterbalance forklift licence
• Good written communication skills
• Full UK Driving License and Access to own Transport
