Our long‑standing client is expanding and needs an experienced Internal Recruiter to support fast‑paced radiography hiring. If you’ve worked in clinical, skilled, or technical recruitment and thrive in a busy environment, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You’ll Do
Source and engage radiography talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and community groups
Build strong talent pipelines to keep hiring moving quickly
Run targeted attraction campaigns
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling
Deliver a smooth, consistent candidate experience with timely feedback
Assess international applicants for Skilled Worker sponsorship
Work closely with Hiring Managers and provide weekly dashboards and KPI updates
