We’re seeking a Key Account Manager to help grow our service portfolio, converting completed installations into long-term maintenance contracts and developing new business opportunities. This is a fantastic chance to work with a respected brand known for technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Account Manager responsibilities:

• Transition completed projects into ongoing service agreements
• Identify and secure new business with facilities management firms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Deliver persuasive presentations and close service contracts
• Provide consistent client support and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Skills & experience required:

• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical understanding
• Proficiency with CRM systems and a proactive, self-starting attitude
• A collaborative mindset with emotional intelligence and drive
