Marketing Executive Full Time Permanent

• Position: Marketing Executive
• Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum plus exceptionally good staff benefits. Benefits include good pension scheme, healthcare, gym membership contributions from the company, free refreshments
• Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:15 and Fridays 08:45-16:00, office based but with the opportunity to work one day per week from home (if required) after a 3 month month probationary period has been completed
• Burgess Hill based. Plenty of free parking on site for staff. Around a 15 minute walk from the nearest mainline station.

We are very pleased to be working alongside our very successful global client as they seek to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their friendly and professional team in Burgess Hill. This role is available due to continuing and ongoing strong business levels.

Purpose of the role – Marketing Executive:

To drive the marketing and promotion of the business and trade brands through print, e-mail, online and business social media to generate sales leads, and to increase brand awareness in B2B markets.

Create creative content and provide ideas to enhance the awareness of the products.

Duties to include:

• To develop and deliver marketing activities in focus market areas and use available resources to provide qualified leads for Business Development teams.
• To pro-actively find prospect accounts and enter sales lead suspects onto the CRM system
• Qualify prospect accounts and contact names identified from various sources
• Manage the local web-page content collating data, images, and loading content
• To compose relevant written copy and produce interesting video content for LinkedIn and other B2B social media streams.
• To assist the Marketing Manager with general marketing administration
• To maintain and develop the CRM contact database cleansing and adding contact data and email addresses.
• Participating in departmental meetings

Skills, experience and competencies required:

• GCSE Maths and English to level C or above or equivalent A’ level or equivalent. A qualification in digital marketing, graphic design, website management would be an advantage but is not essential
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, video creation, website management and social media
• A creative, proactive ideas generating team spirited personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with appearing and speaking on video – producing interesting content.
• Good level of software knowledge. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher (or Adobe InDesign), Outlook and CRM systems.
