Night Shift Production Operative Full Time Part Time Temp-Perm Temporary

We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a successful and well-established food production company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. We are currently seeking dedicated Night Shift Food Production Operatives who are enthusiastic about the possibility of transitioning from a temporary to a permanent position for the successful candidate.

The company is willing to provide training, but previous experience in food production, manufacturing, production, or kitchen environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: As a Night Shift Food Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your main duties will include:

• Crafting Products: Using cutting and mixing equipment to create high-quality food products.
• Transporting Products: Moving products to various locations within the facility using trolleys.
• Handling Raw Ingredients: Preparing and handling raw ingredients on the production line to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Reporting Issues: Promptly reporting any faults, machinery issues, and product concerns to the supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Cleaning Equipment: Thoroughly cleaning equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Quality Checks: Conducting quality checks on products to ensure they meet our stringent food safety standards.
• Adhering to Procedures: Following all quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Health and Safety: Committing to and upholding health and safety practices to create a safe working environment for all employees.

The working hours for this role are on a rotating pattern, working 4 nights on and 4 nights off. The shift times are as follows:

• Night Shift: 19:00pm – 07:00am
