A leading logistics and distribution business is seeking an experienced Reach & Counterbalance Forklift / Warehouse Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vans
• Picking and taking orders accurately
• Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch
• Moving bins, stock, and materials between different sites
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work both early and late shifts
