Service Advisor (Motor Sector) Full Time Permanent NEW

• Position: Service Advisor (Motor Sector)
• Salary: £30,000 per year plus commission/bonus, which will take earnings up to around £34,000 per year. Benefits include – good pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays
• Location: Portslade, East Sussex
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-18:00 and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 09:00-13:00
• Role based in Portslade with free parking available on site. 

We are delighted be partnered with our very established and successful motor industry based client as they seek to recruit a full time permanent Service Advisor, to join their experienced and friendly team in Brighton (Portslade).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly thought of and longstanding business.

My client would prefer someone who has motor industry sector experience but this is not essential.

The role – Service Advisor

You will be the first point of contact for the Service Department and will need to have excellent levels of customer service and communication skills.

Duties will include

Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face.

You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering fantastic levels of Customer Service.

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

• Good organisational skills
• Good computer literacy levels
• Strong customer service skills

Previous experience in the motor sector preferred – not essential.
