Service Advisor Full Time Permanent

• Position: Service Advisor
• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum plus commission/bonus, which will take earnings up to around £32,000 per year. Benefits include – good pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays.
• Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, and 1 Saturday morning in 4
• Role based in Haywards Heath with free parking available on site. 

We are delighted be partnered with our very established and successful motor industry based client as they seek to recruit two full time permanent Service Advisors (one Haywards Heath site and one Worthing site), to join their experienced and friendly teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly thought of and longstanding business.

My client would prefer someone who has motor industry sector experience but this is not essential.

The role – Service Advisor

You will be the first point of contact for the Service Department and will need to have excellent levels of customer service and communication skills.

Duties will include

Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face.

You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering fantastic levels of Customer Service.

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

• Good organisational skills
• Good computer literacy levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience in the motor sector preferred – not essential.
