Vehicle Technician Full Time Permanent

• Position: Vehicle Technician
• Salary: Up to £32,000
• Location: Worthing
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, working Saturdays on a rota 8:30am to 12:30pm

We have a new opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a motor trade company based in Worthing where you’ll be responsible for the diagnosis repair and services on all vehicles. Ideally, you’ll be level 3 qualified in Motor Vehicle or similar and have experience in either Main Dealer or Independent workshops.

As a Vehicle Technician your role will include:

• Undertake electronic vehicle health checks and video health checks
• Undertake vehicle road testing for diagnosis and test repairs
• Build and maintain a high level of technical competence for diagnosing and servicing vehicles
• Conduct full examinations of vehicles and identify non-routine defects

Skills and experience required:

• Level 3 qualified in Motor Vehicle or similar
• Previous experience in either a Main Dealer or Independent workshop
• Good communication skills to explain technical information to customers and colleagues

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturdays on a rota 8:30am to 12:30pm. The site is based in Worthing and it’s paying a salary of up to £32,000 + commission with an OTE of £40,000.
