First Recruitment Services are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives/Inventory Associates to join a busy and professional Operations team in Crawley. This is a full-time temporary position, initially for 6 months, with an immediate start available.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the receiving, packaging and distribution of products within a warehouse and logistics environment. Duties will include:
Picking and packing customer orders
Receiving deliveries and updating inventory systems
Stock control, cycle counts and inventory checks
Completing production and GMP paperwork accurately
Following standard operating procedures
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
Working within ambient, chilled and frozen environments when required
Supporting the wider operations team as needed
What We’re Looking For
Good attention to detail
Basic IT skills
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, flexible approach to work
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Previous warehouse, inventory or logistics experience would be advantageous but is not essential
