Warehouse Operative – Forklift

  • Position: Warehouse Operative – Forklift
  • Salary: £11.50 per hour
  • Location: Cranleigh
  • Hours: Monday – Friday – 11am – 8pm

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring quality of load & transhipment of freight through the hub to its destination whether to place into a bay location or to place on to a waiting vehicle or standing trailer
  • Ensuring all equipment is suitable for use carrying out routine pre-inspections
  • Provide information and to communicate with customer vehicle drivers
  • Ensure reports have been compiled for damaged product/poorly presented vehicle/site damage and equipment damage etc
  • Operate equipment to perform work requirements
  • Follow all company health and safety measures
  • Any other duties as required

Key Skills required:

  • Hold a valid FLT counter-balance license – Flexi Pivot – Narrow aisle.
