Cable Assembly Technician Temp-Perm Temporary

Are you a hands-on Assembly Technician with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision? Join a dynamic team in Lancing as an Assembly Technician and play a vital role in delivering high-quality cable solutions for within manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble and prepare cable harnesses to specification
• Perform crimping, soldering, and termination of wires and connectors
• Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
• Proven experience in cable assembly and crimping techniques
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week, based in Lancing paying between £12.80-£13.80 per hour.
