Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Horsham

Pay Rate: £12.50 – 13 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm

FRS is delighted to be supporting a well-established Manufacturing company in Horsham who are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick stock according to daily order requirements.
• Support machine operation for metal cutting and processing following training.
• Pack and prepare metal products securely to ensure quality for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Always follow company processes and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
