Warehouse Operative Contract Full Time Temporary

• Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 7am to 7pm

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a manufacturing company based in Crawley. This is a fixed-term contract until 28^th February 2026.

You’ll need previous warehouse experience and be able to commit to the full contract duration.

As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking & Packing
• Organising stock
• Goods In & Out
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
• Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse
• Able to commit to the contract until February 2026
• Based in Crawley or nearby
• Available to start immediately

This is a fixed-term contract until 28^th February 2026, working on a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The role is based in Crawley.

Salary: £24,772 plus a £3,100 shift allowance, taking the total package to £27,872.

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.
