Accounts Assistant Full Time Temporary

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join the accounts department of a dynamic multi-national, multi-currency company on a temporary basis for approx. 2-3 months.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm Friday 8.30am-4pm

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Accounts Assistant experience, particularly within in accounts and/or bookkeeping to work alongside a small, close-knit team in processing invoices, maintaining cashbooks and other ad hoc financial tasks such as bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cashbooks and cashflow forecasts in multiple currencies.
• Arrange and process payment runs.
• Address customer and supplier finance queries.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in accounts and/or bookkeeping is essential.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Must have own means of transportation due to the office location.
