Administration Assistant Full Time Permanent

• Position: Administration Assistant
• Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum depending on experience plus very good company benefits
• Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00-17.30
• Office based close to the station area with free residential street parking also available nearby. Very well appointed offices in a central location.

Previous experience of working within an office based admin role is essential for this new opportunity.

The role – Administration Assistant

The successful candidate will possess a high level of organisation skills and initiative and be comfortable dealing with clients and other third parties. They will be numerate and able to communicate clearly and accurately.

Administration Assistant

Duties will include:

• Maintaining electronic and hard copy files in accordance with procedures
• Admin support including filing, scanning, printing, photocopying and dealing with post
• Liaising with clients and other third-parties via email, telephone and video calls
• Diary management including booking meeting rooms, keeping diaries up-to-date and setting personal diary reminders
• Assisting with financial tasks including arranging payments, raising invoices and preparing statements
• Drafting, reviewing, proof-reading and amending a variety of documents
• Use of various internal and external portals and systems

Experience, competencies and knowledge required

• Experience within an office based admin role
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, well-organised with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
