Commercial Insurance Account Handler Permanent

• Position: Commercial Insurance Account Handler
• Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 pa
• Location: East Grinstead
• Hours: 9:00am – 17:00pm – Monday to Friday (hybrid working available)

Our highly successful and specialist insurance based client is seeking to recruit an additional Commercial Account Handler due to good company growth / business levels.

Each member of their Account Handling team controls their own designated portfolio of clients. They have a varied clientèle, covering a wide range of product types and are looking for someone who can handle a diverse workload, enjoying the opportunity to learn from the experienced team.

The role / duties and responsibilities

• Day to day insurance administration of a designated portfolio of clients
• Negotiation of renewal terms with Insurers
• Re-broking existing business
• Broking new business
• Actively supporting clients through the claims process

Ideally the successful candidate will have 5 or more years experience. Some progression towards professional qualification would be a benefit and our client will fully fund any further studies.
