Sales Administrator Full Time Permanent

• Position:  Sales Administrator
• Salary:      £24,375
• Location:  Eastbourne
• Hours:       Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking automotive group with retail stores and workshops across Sussex and Hampshire. They’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Eastbourne team and play a key role in ensuring smooth vehicle handovers and efficient sales operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing vehicle invoices and documentation
• Managing stock records and vehicle transfers
• Liaising with Experian for finance clearance
• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards
• Handling Road Fund Licence paperwork and updating costs

What You’ll Bring

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not essential
