Service Advisor – 9-12 month contract Contract Full Time NEW

• Position: Service Advisor – 9-12 month contract (could extend or become permanent)
• Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
• Salary: £29,500 per annum – pro rata for less than 12 months – plus generous bonus scheme (£33,000 – £38,000 OTE) and excellent all round staff benefits. 
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00-18:00 and Saturday (1 in 4 rota basis) 08:30-12:30
• Role based in Haywards Heath. 

We are very pleased to be working alongside our established, professional and prestigious client as they seek to recruit a Service Advisor covering a maternity leave contract of between 9-12 months – this could get extended or could become permanent. This is an excellent opportunity or someone who has worked within the automotive sector / dealership / showroom environment.

The role:

The role is ideally suited to someone who is highly enthusiastic, well organised, enjoys learning new technology and has the desire to deliver an amazing customer experience. Full company training programme available.

Duties:

• Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on their Service Plans.
• Log all appointments, reservations, and MOT’s on the database
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Obtain payments for service work and repairs carried out
• Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is on site
• Book out courtesy vehicles.
• Deal with any queries or complaints quickly and effectively

Competencies and experience required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise daily workload according to the business needs
• Ability to work to deadlines
