We are seeking a motivated and versatile Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of a busy sales office and contribute to the company’s marketing activities. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative skills with a creative approach to marketing, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Sales Administration
Act as the first point of contact for incoming phone and email enquiries.
Prepare customer quotations, process orders, and manage after-sales documentation.
Liaise closely with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, and Logistics) to ensure orders and deliveries are processed smoothly.
Coordinate shipment of goods via courier, air, or sea freight, including relevant export documentation.
Support the Sales Manager in maintaining accurate customer records and the efficient running of the sales office.
Marketing Coordination
Contribute to raising the company’s brand profile through creative marketing campaigns.
Maintain and develop the customer database and CRM systems.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and support social media activity, especially LinkedIn.
Update website content such as product information, datasheets, and news features.
Assist with SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
Create marketing materials including brochures, adverts, and exhibition displays.
Organise and coordinate company participation in trade shows and promotional events.
Candidate Profile
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (with a marketing emphasis preferred).
Experience: 2–5 years in a sales administration or marketing support role, ideally within a manufacturing or export environment.
Working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts or similar business systems is beneficial.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational abilities. Confident using MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Energetic, customer-focused, and proactive, with genuine enthusiasm for sales coordination and marketing projects.
