Customer Sales Executive Full Time Permanent

• Position: Customer Sales Executive
• Salary: £25,000 + OTE £29,000 – £33,000
• Location: Hove
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (plus one evening shift per week and one Saturday per month)

We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Executive to a dynamic team in Hove. This role sits within the Customer Service and Sales department, where you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll support Field Specialists by scheduling appointments, following up on quotes, and helping to increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, engaging with customers in both B2B and B2C settings. If you’ve previously worked in a call centre or a similar role with administrative responsibilities, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

As a Customer Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

• Converting quotes into confirmed sales
• Communicating with customers via telephone, email, social media, and online chat
• Responding to customer queries and requests
• Scheduling and managing customer appointments

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Experience of communicating with customers in a B2B or B2C environment
• Previous experience in administration or a call centre setting

This is a full-time, permanent office-based role in Hove. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift per month.
