Administrator Full Time Temporary

Location: Horsham (Own transport is essential due to the location of the site)
Pay: £14.07–£15.20 per hour (Depending on shift)
Hours: 06:00am–14:15pm (Early) or 08:30am –17:00pm (Core)

Looking for a role where your organisational skills really matter? We’re recruiting Administrators for our client’s busy Logistics and Order Processing teams. These positions are ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, accuracy, and being part of a supportive team.

You’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly – from coordinating shipments to processing orders and maintaining accurate records. Full training is provided, so if you’re keen to learn and committed to seeing the assignment through, this could be a great opportunity.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate shipments and manage essential documentation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Follow processes to ensure deadlines and standards are met.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Previous admin experience in a busy environment is helpful but not essential.
