Order Processing Associate Temporary

We are on the lookout for 2x Order Processing Associates to join a pharmaceutical company on a temporary basis.

 

The role is office based Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5pm and is a 3-6 month temporary role with the potential to be ongoing.

 

Main duties;

  • Logging shipment details into courier systems
  • Preparing and checking documentation for compliance
  • Processing client orders accurately on internal systems
  • Liaising with couriers and internal teams to arrange shipments
  • Maintaining records and tracking approval

 

This role is suited to someone who has excellent attention to detail, you will learn specialised systems and processes and accuracy is key as the work supports clinical trials.

 

Pay – £14.68ph

MUST drive and have access to own car due to rural location in outer skirts of Horsham

Start date – ASAP
