• Position:  Quality Control
• Salary:  up to £28,000
• Location:  Edenbridge
• Hours:  Monday – Friday

We are looking for a Quality Control professional to join a growing team and play a key role in ensuring products meet required quality standards. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with a strong eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Quality control responsibilities:

• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Carry out regular quality checks throughout the production process
• Identify defects or non-conformances and report findings clearly
• Work closely with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues
• Complete quality control documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and health & safety requirements
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Skills & experience required:

• Previous experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance role (desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Ability to follow procedures and work with consistency and accuracy
• Good communication skills and confidence working within a team
• Basic IT skills for recording and reporting results
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or packaging environments
• Knowledge of inspection tools, measurements, or testing methods
• Understanding of ISO or quality management systems
