Administrative Assistant Part Time Temporary

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Hourly Rate: £12 per hour
  • Location: Shoreham by Sea
  • Hours: Part time 30 hours a week

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to work as a crucial part of the organisation’s growth and success in the Shoreham area! This is a temporary position working part time. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a commercial or marketing role previously, but this is not essential.

As an administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Matching invoices
  • EPOS reports
  • Compliance analysis
  • Brand nudge reporting
  • Samples/send outs
  • Consumer care
  • Other ad-hoc duties where required
