Sales Office Administrator Full Time Permanent

• Position: Sales Office Administrator
• Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience plus very good all round company benefits
• Location: Uckfield, East Sussex
• Hours: Monday to Friday only, 09:00-17:00
• Role based close to Uckfield. Due to rural location of the offices, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff.

The role – Sales Office Administrator:

The Sales Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring a smooth sales process. You’ll work closely with the sales representatives to handle administrative, logistical, and operational tasks. You’ll also be responsible for generating reports for senior management. This is a sales admin based role and you will not be responsible for sales figures / targets.

Duties will include:

• Process and monitor sales orders from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely order management.
• Handle order management for major suppliers
• Prepare invoices and related documentation for customers
• Maintain reports and submit in a timely manner
• Manage and administer credit control processes.
• Input and process supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Arrange and coordinate transport for customer deliveries and collections.
• Follow company policies and procedures ensuring that guidelines and protocols are adhered to.
• Assist with populating and running reports in the CRM system for the sales team.
• Assist with exhibition events on occasion

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

• Self-motivated, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills
