Sales Office Administrator Permanent

• Position: Sales Office Administrator
• Salary: £25,000 per annum plus good company benefits
• Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
• Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 -17:00, office based
• Due to rural workplace location it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport – plenty of free parking  available on site

We are delighted to be working alongside our long standing client as they seek to recruit a sales office administrator to join their busy and friendly team in the Haywards Heath area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very forward thinking and busy company

Previous experience within the automotive / vehicle sector would be highly desirable but this is not essential

The role:

The role of Sales Office Administrator is to provide professional, high quality service to all customers and partners of the company

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous interactions with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence with regards to treating and caring for customers
• Offering in-depth advice and support on products and services
• Solve any customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible
• Record all customer interactions on the company CRM
• Take ownership of enquiries; including first contact and sending out quotes
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealerships in the local area
• Report and escalate customer complaints promptly

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working in a customer service environment
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
• Positive can-do attitude, calm under pressure, empathy
